I lead with empathy, which shapes how I approach every project and team. I give people the benefit of the doubt, naturally gravitate toward helping others quickly and efficiently, and approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset. My leadership style is rooted in equality - I see colleagues as collaborators rather than subordinates, whether we’re working toward internal goals or client outcomes. I constantly reflect on how to be a better leader and designer, seeking guidance from mentors, books, podcasts, and talks to ensure I bring my full effort to every project. While this mindset can sometimes lead to burnout, especially when I push long hours toward a goal, I’m grateful to have worked alongside inspiring leaders who challenge and guide me along the way.

Art catalog for Ed Moses Art Exhibit in September 2023 - Ed Moses was an American artist based in Los Angeles and a central figure of postwar West Coast art, known for his abstract paintings. Considered one of the foremost postwar abstract painters in the Southern California scene, working alongside a generation of artists known as the “cool school,” Ed Moses had been engaged in what he sees as a continual process of discovery for more than half a century.
