I like leading a team and having my own projects. At Prop Store and Scorpion, that has meant helping people work through design problems, building useful templates and libraries, and making the details easier for the next person to pick up.

I ask a lot of questions because I want to understand why something needs to work a certain way. I care about the people using what we make, and the people I’m making it with. If a process is slowing us down or a detail hasn’t been thought through, I’ll usually be the person trying to figure it out.
