The product:
Website and asset design for ServiceMaster Recovery Management
The problem:
- Unresponsive website
- Felt dated
- Clear flow to guide the user with information they are looking for
- Lack of information regarding key brand differentiators
- Lack of imagery and engaging assets
The goal:
- Provide a modern refresh to the design of the page with new imagery that communicate the brand messaging and is consistent to the other ServiceMaster sub brands
- Incorporate new graphic elements that are cohesive with their existing brand guidelines and are engaging for the user
- Clear flow to guide the user with information they are looking for
- Incorporate clear call-to-actions that make it easy for the user to sign up for a free trial or schedule a class
- Conduct user testing and iterate on prototypes for the homepage

- High fidelity proofs - design responsively for multiple screen sizes and devices
- Prepare assets for code
- Web marketing assets
Accessibility considerations
Ensuring colors pass the 3:1 contrast ratio per ADA web guidelines, and adding closed captions to video content wherever necessary
