The product: 

Website and asset design for ServiceMaster Recovery Management

The problem: 

  • Unresponsive website
  • Felt dated 
  • Clear flow to guide the user with information they are looking for
  • Lack of information regarding key brand differentiators 
  • Lack of imagery and engaging assets 

The goal: 

  • Provide a modern refresh to the design of the page with new imagery that communicate the brand messaging and is consistent to the other ServiceMaster sub brands 
  • Incorporate new graphic elements that are cohesive with their existing brand guidelines and are engaging for the user 
  • Clear flow to guide the user with information they are looking for
  • Incorporate clear call-to-actions that make it easy for the user to sign up for a free trial or schedule a class
  • Conduct user testing and iterate on prototypes for the homepage 

My role: 

Lead designer

Responsibilities:

  • Wireframes
  • Prototypes
  • High fidelity proofs - design responsively for multiple screen sizes and devices
  • Prepare assets for code 
  • Web marketing assets 

Accessibility considerations

Ensuring colors pass the 3:1 contrast ratio per ADA web guidelines, and adding closed captions to video content wherever necessary
