The product:
Franchise development site redesign for PJ’s Coffee, an American chain of retail coffeehouses founded in New Orleans.
The problem:
- Felt dated
- Struggled to capture quality leads
- Needed to find a way to engage the user and provide enough information for a potential prospect
The goal:
- Provide a modern refresh to the design of the page with new imagery and playful elements that communicate the brand messaging
- Incorporate new graphic elements that are cohesive with their existing brand guidelines/consumer site and are engaging for the user
- Clear flow to guide the user with information they are looking for
- Incorporate clear call-to-actions that make it easy for the user to convert

Ensuring colors pass the 3:1 contrast ratio per ADA web guidelines, and adding closed captions to video content wherever necessary
