The product:
Website redesign for Mister Sparky, a locally owned and operated Electrician Franchise that has locations across the United States.
The problem:
- Felt dated with usage of large, full-width elements throughout the pages
- Several ADA issues throughout the site from colors to rollovers
- A few content sections were hard to read and follow for users
- Confusing page flow for some users
- Missed opportunity with assets and elements used to display the brand (their commercial campaigns are stellar!)
The goal:
- Provide a modern refresh to the design of the site with new elements that better align with the branding
- Updated page flows to guide the user with information they are looking for
- Incorporate clear call-to-actions that make it easy for the user to convert
- Create a seamless user-experience with easy to scan content zones
- Incorporate new imagery from their commercial campaigns
- Ensure interactive sections meet ADA guidelines
