The product:
Website redesign for K9 Resorts Luxury Pet Hotel, a multi award-winning pet care experience for dogs.
The problem:
- Felt dated
- Inefficient user flow
- Call-to-action buttons that lead users in a circle through different pages
- Lacked pricing pages that clearly communicated information to the user
- Lacked boarding pages that walked the user through the differences between the different rooms offered
The goal:
- Provide a modern refresh to the design of the page with new imagery and playful elements that communicate the brand messaging
- Incorporate new graphic elements that are cohesive with their existing brand guidelines/consumer site and are engaging for the user
- Clear flow to guide the user with information they are looking for
- Incorporate clear call-to-actions that make it easy for the user to convert
- User test pricing page and boarding page with iterative updates based on feedback
