The product:
Website redesign & franchise development site redesign for Fastest Labs, who provides drug, alcohol, and DNA testing services for individuals, employers and organizations across the country.
The problem:
- Needed an updated user flow and journey so that users understood how to find their nearest location and schedule an appointment
- Confusion around the services being offered (ex. solely genetic testing)
- Struggling to capture quality leads on the franchise development side
The goal:
- To create a clear flow and journey for the user to efficiently find the information they are looking for, and request an appointment/get directions
- Alleviate confusion by clearly presenting essential content and messaging about the services offered
- Update the design to a cleaner, modern design that is scannable and engaging
- Incorporate clear call-to-actions that make it easy for the user to convert
- Capture quality leads, both for consumer and franchise development

Accessibility considerations
Ensuring colors pass the 3:1 contrast ratio per ADA web guidelines, and adding closed captions to video content wherever necessary
