ENT & Allergy Associates

Site & Asset Design

The product:

Website design for ENT and Allergy Associates, a practice with more than 300 clinicians practicing in over 55 office locations, and clinical alliances with other hospitals to educate and treat patients with smoking disorders and cancer.

The problem:

  • An extremely dated design with buttons and elements that are overwhelming
  • Several ADA issues throughout the site from colors to rollovers
  • Non-intuitive page and user flow - information was disorganized and difficult to navigate through for users
  • Poor site map and site structure
  • Inconsistencies with other location pages in content and navigation

The goal:

  • Provide a modern refresh to the design of the site with new elements that improve the overall look and feel to their brand
  • Updated page flows to guide the user with information they are looking for
  • Incorporated clear call-to-actions that make it easy for the user to pay their bill, find a location, and find patient resources
  • Create a seamless user-experience with easy to scan content zones
  • Ensure interactive sections meet ADA guidelines
