The product:
Website design for ENT and Allergy Associates, a practice with more than 300 clinicians practicing in over 55 office locations, and clinical alliances with other hospitals to educate and treat patients with smoking disorders and cancer.
The problem:
- An extremely dated design with buttons and elements that are overwhelming
- Several ADA issues throughout the site from colors to rollovers
- Non-intuitive page and user flow - information was disorganized and difficult to navigate through for users
- Poor site map and site structure
- Inconsistencies with other location pages in content and navigation
The goal:
- Provide a modern refresh to the design of the site with new elements that improve the overall look and feel to their brand
- Updated page flows to guide the user with information they are looking for
- Incorporated clear call-to-actions that make it easy for the user to pay their bill, find a location, and find patient resources
- Create a seamless user-experience with easy to scan content zones
- Ensure interactive sections meet ADA guidelines
